I am about to give a live interview to Suzanne Lieurance of the National Writing for Children Centre, which posts Book Bites for Kids podcasts.  Live interviews are scary! I can handle it. I know my book. I know myself. Still--live? Okay, here we go now...I'll let you know how it turns out.

Oh, and any tips will be appreciated!
Where would we be without libraries? Libraries are miracles contained in buildings. They are a dream come true. An answer to a prayer. One of, if not the, most important things on our little planet. They contain the HISTORY OF THE WORLD. The dreams of a nation. Many nations. Are you interested in finding something out? Do you have time to learn? Get thee to a library. They're freakin miracles. Miracles contained in buildings. One of the worst things that can happen to a civilization is to have its libraries burned or beaten down in any manner. I was reminded of this yesterday as I got hopelessly, delirously lost at the library. One thing led to another and...I'm sorry, I have to say it. I'm in love. With the library. I will stay with it forever.
